Keeping watch
The housing market with the curtains open. Asuntodata gathers Finland's scattered open housing data into one map and one set of statistics, by postal-code area: prices and rents, population and age, construction, migration, taxation, and what is actually within walking distance. Two siblings run the same engine over Danish and Swedish data.
None of it is collected by the site. Every figure is loaded from an open public interface on a monthly run and updates as the publishing body releases new numbers, and every card in the interface names the source it came from.
It is not investment, financial or legal advice, and no financial decision should rest on it alone; all three sites say exactly that on their own pages. It does not value your flat, score your neighbourhood or rank anywhere against anywhere else.
It also refuses to imply a precision the sources do not have. Finland's free register of individual dwelling transactions closed in June 2026, so the Finnish price figures are Statistics Finland's area-level statistics and the site explains where the old per-sale prices went. Where a postal code has too few sales to mean anything, the Danish site marks it as thin rather than printing an average. Where a figure is measured at a coarser grain and spread across a map, the map says so. Where Statistics Denmark counts house value by the owner's municipality rather than by where the house stands, the note next to the number says that too.
All three live and free to read. No account, no sign-up. The one thing for sale is aimed at programs, not people: the Finnish and Danish sites sell a bulk export of the whole dataset for about five cents a call, paid by the calling program itself; the Swedish site sells nothing. The Danish and Swedish sites describe themselves in their own about panels as non-commercial hobby projects, which is what they are. None of them collects personal data or uses third-party tracking cookies; at most a cookieless, aggregate visitor count. Your language and map choices stay in your own browser.
